This man knows real estate! Charles is an award-winning Realtor with Royal LePage Performance Realty enjoying over a decade of service. His tenacity during negotiations comes from 30 years of experience in sales and management. His dedication to his clients and his team comes from his – we won’t mention how many years – of having a big heart.
Creative ideas and thinking big means his clients benefit from every advantage possible.
Charles shows appreciation for his good fortune by giving back to his community, employing the GorleyLalonde brand to support CHEO and the Shelter Foundation and dedicating himself for more than 10 years to Scouts Canada as a Scout Leader and valiant supporter.
Prior to earning accolades and winning awards as a Realtor with Royal LePage Performance, Steph made his mark with one of Canada’s largest communications companies as a Senior Operations Manager.
Thankfully he decided to listen to his ambitious spirit (and his supportive wife) and started a new career in real estate where his organizational skills and professionalism are the fundamental assets that bring amazing results.
Steph’s genuine personality is a comfort to his clients, and his steadfast determination is a no-nonsense force when he’s confronted with a challenge no matter how big or small.
Paying it forward is high on his list of priorities, supporting the Shelter Foundation, putting the GorleyLalonde name forward for the support of CHEO and donating to various charities. He’s a family man at heart, after all, and never loses site of the importance of gratitude.
“Custom solutions” is Allan’s greatest commitment to his clients. He takes the time to listen, understand their needs, and keeps their best interests close at heart.
Allan maintained his stellar reputation for client care during his successful 20-year career in the insurance industry and took that mindful approach with him when he made the transition to real estate in the Greater Toronto area in 2010.
Allan’s unique combination of sales, marketing and leadership skills, family values and work ethic make him the perfect fit with our team.
Being the proud parents of three successful young adults, Allan and his wife share the same motivation they have exemplified in their family with their community. Allan supports local activities with the Terry Fox Foundation, the Orleans Chamber of Commerce and the AOE Arts Council. All in all, Allan is a great guy with a big heart and a sharp mind. We couldn’t ask for anybody better to represent the GorleyLalonde Team with our buyers!
Working together, Charles and Steph are quite a remarkable combination. Setting a new benchmark in client care, this team is the definition of cohesive strength.
But Charles and Steph aren't all there is to the GorleyLalonde team! Don't get me wrong, there isn't anything they can't handle, but they do have a not-so-secret weapon backing them up and ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine, every day, every transaction, with every client.
Hi! I'm Tammy, Office Administrator by day and Super-Mom the rest of the time.
I worked alongside Steph for more than 10 years before we parted ways, but Fate made sure our paths crossed again. After leaving behind a career as an analyst, I went on to find success as an independent editor. When we finally got to catch up with each other, Steph and Charles made me an offer I couldn't resist: being able to balance a career I love with the family I live for. And here I am, making sure there are no hiccups in the process, keeping the flurry of activity organized and properly tended to, and being available for inquiries from lawyers, agents, and of course our clients.
